Here at Summit Executive Suites, we enjoy handling a lot of the day-to-day work for our clients. Whether it’s handling administrative services, answering the phone, or providing notary and postage – we want our clients to focus on growing their businesses. At the same time, we don’t want to lose sight of our own growth.
To ensure that our clients were happy with our services, available technologies, and staff, we recently conducted a survey. Our goal was to determine which services they used most, what services they weren’t aware of, and any services they wished we offered. We also wanted insight into what new technologies and amenities they would like and how they would rate us on attributes that matter most. We surveyed 19 full-service clients and 5 virtual service clients in an anonymous online poll.

When asked about attributes such as professionalism, attention to detail, friendly staff, quality of services, and office appearance, we were rated above average by all participants. All other attributes were rated average or above average, which included: understanding of business, value of costs, responsiveness, leasing experience and timeliness of renewals.
We wanted an understanding of topics that are interesting and important to our clients. We learned that they would like information about new technologies, nearby restaurants, other tenants, nearby events, business trends and where they can order lunch for delivery. We learned that clients love the technology available in our boardroom and would love to see the same in our smaller conference room.
We also received great compliments about our staff such as, “Paula & Irene reign supreme! A+ quality! Professional, friendly, helpful, always cheerful. They help make coming to work a delightful experience,” and “The building maintenance is very good. They address any problems immediately and try to correct to our satisfaction. Irene is a pleasure to work with…love her natural hospitality and eagerness to help in any way!”
By surveying our clients, we were able to learn new ways to help them and their businesses. We’re always looking for new services and technologies to improve our offices and make our clients’ businesses run more smoothly.
